The Prisma SD-WAN administrative portal fo all regions will be undergoing an update of infrastructure on Friday, August 18th, 2023 from 10 PM Pacific Time for up to 4 hours
ION device connectivity to the portal, and temporary interruption in stats and telemetry updates from ION devices are the only expected impact. Post update, the stats and telemetry from the device will automatically sync up with the Portal.
All other services, including the customer network functionality provided by the ION devices will not be affected.
